Leanne Worsfold, RPN, M.Ed., is the Director of Quality Programs and Test Development for iComp Consulting and has a background in nursing, education, instructional design, health law and regulation.

She has over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing competencies and CBE education programs for regulatory and accreditation organizations in Canada and the United States, including the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACND), Canadian Council of Registered Nurses Regulators (CCRNR), and the Association of Canadian Occupational Therapy Regulatory Organizations (ACOTRO).

Leanne has presented on the topic of competency-based education and assessment at numerous conferences including CLEAR, the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA), the Association of Test Publishers (ATP), and the National Continuing Competency Conference (NCCC). Leanne has been a contributing author for the Journal of Continuing Education in Health Professionals.
